Hi – not sure what happened but I am not getting any filtered search at all now – even in Desktop view.
I have tried the default twenty fifteen theme and I still don’t get any search result.
I tried disabling all plugins except the core ones and no luck. Will follow up with a private reply to show you what I mean10/30/2015 at 11:46 pm #352768This reply has been marked as private.10/30/2015 at 11:52 pm #352769This reply has been marked as private.10/31/2015 at 12:11 am #352770
I have Form and Slim-plus enabled. When I click on View all, and then click on an individual contact, I am getting “Template not found” error even though it is installed and activated. I am not sure if this is related to the Search error I am getting now.

Seems to be a server config and/or WP config issue… The server responds back with error 403 forbidden and the search query string are being dropped. When I access individual entries specifically it works fine. Example:
So this is only triggered when query strings are being used. Example:
My suggestion would be check the security related settings in the following, but not limited to the .htaccess file, the wp-config.php file, any membership plugins or security plugins.
Hope that helps. Let me know.11/02/2015 at 7:59 pm #353137
Thanks for the leads
I looked at the server error logs and it show:
Directory index forbidden by Options directive error message
I can’t find anything in the htaccess file and the search is still problematic with every plugin disabled except Connections and the template
I’ll check with my hosting service11/02/2015 at 8:02 pm #353138
I found out the problem, and I had a directory with no index.php with the same name as the page with the Connections shortcode
Can close the issue now, thanks11/03/2015 at 10:21 am #353206Steven ZahmKeymaster
