GuestWhen I first loaded contacts into Connections, entries would come up when I searched under their name or biz name. Now, the biz directory is still all there, but nothing is showing up in site searches. Any clues as to how to fix this, please?

Where is search not working? The front-end, admin, or both? Which template are you using? Have you checked your settings on the Connections : Settings admin page?

Which template are you using?, Search is only enabled in select premium templates. So if you’re trying to search using a default template using the WordPress search, that will not work. Connections search is separate from the WordPress search. Have you checked your settings on the Connections : Settings admin page?

GuestI’m using the Responsive Theme with just the connections default template. I did look at the settings in the connections/admin page and didn’t see anything there. It sounds like I would need to use one of the connections premium templates, is that correct? If so, and I upgrade to the pro with it work?

GuestI’m sorry. I’m having the search problem in the front-end using the standard wp search widget.

KeymasterYes, search is only enabled in select premium templates because Connections does not integrate with the default WordPress search. any of the template for sale that has a search input field as part of the sample on the product page has search.
