I did a search for the exact address and the results are still taking each individual word and jumbling the results

Are you certain you installed the version I sent via email? I did a quick test and the exact match was the first match.
Can you update to 8.5.17? I included the tweak in that release yesterday. The search results message will however still show individual keywords because I forgot about that. I’m going to fix this right now … but to be clear, this search results message would not actually effect the search results.
Any way, please update and give it a test. If it still does not work, I will need a temp admin account with the Query Monitor plugin installed so I can view/debug the search query being generated.

My best guess at this point is that the server does not actually support FULLTEXT searches.
But, like I said…
Since it still does not work, I will need a temp admin account with the Query Monitor plugin installed so I can view/debug the search query being generated.

Ok, I logged in and I installed the Query Monitor plugin which I said I needed.
I install Code Snippet (a second extremely useful plugin) and added a new snippet of code which alters directory search on your site. I think the results are exactly what you are looking for.
Give it a test and let me know.
ps. Query Monitor is reporting that Sabai quite a few errors. Mostly warnings and notices which is many cases are the worsts things that can be reported but several are stating that files can not be opened. You might want to report that to their support.

I have not heard back so I thought I’d check in… Did you have a chance to verify if the search results are more to your liking?
