GuestHi Steven,
Two days ago I asked my question in the WordPress.org forum.
You asked me to open a ticket here. The question of my customer is to search connections by zipcode.
We would like to find connections within a certain radius. All the connections are in the Netherlands.
Do you think this is possible?

Apologies for having to open an issue here! It is not permitted to on the wp.org support forums to provide support for commercial plugins or commercial addons for plugin.
I do have an addon which I offer to those who requested and have purchased either the Extension Pro Pack or the Pro Pack which allows you to filter by one or more categories, state, country, radius from zip code and keyword.
You can see it in action here:
This live third party site is allowing users to search by three categories (configurable) and zip code with search radius.
This addon is offered as is, meaning I can not change the styling or order of fields presented, though I do have some custom CSS I can supply your which can be used to change the color from blue to a color of your choice.
Will this work for you?

GuestThanks Steven, I understand why I had to switch.
This exemple looks great!! Just what they are asking for.
The request came from a customer of us. I’ll tell them that it’s possible to filter by radius from zipcode.
If they want to go continue (I’m sure they will), I get back to you on this forum. Okay?Regards,

GuestForgot to ask…
Is there no problem being all the zipcodes in the Netherlands?
And is it possible to just filter on zipcode/radius, not showing the other input-fields like categories, state, country and keyword? Thanks and regards,

RE: Is there no problem being all the zipcodes in the Netherlands?
There should be no issue, but, the addresses must be geocoded as it is the lat/long coordinates which are used to determine if an entry is within a radius. Connections attempts to do this automagically when an addresses is added to an entry.
To do this manually, edit an entry, scroll to the addresses and click the Geocode button IF the address lat and long fields are blank. That will geocode the address and at that point you can drag and drop the map pin to tweak the address location (if needed). If the address does have the lat/long fields populate, you can still click the geocode button to tweak the coordinates.
Also, I should mention the default radius is in miles, the unit can be changed to KM.
RE: is it possible to just filter on zipcode/radius, not showing the other input-fields like categories, state, country and keyword?
I have not tested that specifically, but it should work just fine. The other fields can be turned off.
Hope this helps!

ParticipantHi Steven,
Customer has agreed, so I just bought the Extension Pro Pack.
The addresses of all connections are geocoded.Do I have to install all the extensions of the Pro Pack?
Regards, Janet
