ParticipantHi,
I just purchased Tile-Plus. When the staff directory page is displayed, the search box looks like it is broken. It looks like a big box, then it is cut in half and the other half of the box (smaller box) is displayed below it.
And also my results boxes do not have rounded corners around each of the staff members. I am sending a picture to better explain what is happening.

Take a look at this FAQ, specifically the section about the
code
andpre
HTML tags. If those exist, removing those should resolve the layout issue.Hope that helps!

ParticipantHi Steven,
I am sorry, but I do not see the FAQ you are referring to. Is there a link that perhaps was missed?

ParticipantHey – I just tried accessing the same page in Google Chrome, and it displays great. I wonder why Internet Explorer is having issues?

Are you using a page caching plugin? If you are, flush the page cache? Which version of IE? Make sure IE is not in compatibility view mode.

ParticipantHi Steven,
There are no caching plugins installed.
I have compatibility mode turned off.
I am running Internet Explorer 11.
A coworker is running Internet Explorer 9, and he is getting the same issue.
Both of us can view the pages in Chrome without any issues.06/03/2014 at 5:36 pm #292872Steven Zahm

Can you visit my demo page for Tile Plus in IE11?
http://connections-pro.com/demo/template/tile-plus/I ask because I know it displays fine. I’m curious to see if it looks like your screenshots or not.

ParticipantHi Steven,
Your demo site displays without any problems in IE11 from my PC.
As a test, I changed the theme to 2014 and I got the same issue.
Does your plugin use Java, or any other program that might need to be installed on my windows server with apache?
