    Hello, is it possible to restrict the different entries regarding on who creates it?

    For example:

    John created patient: A, B and C.

    Laura created patient: X, Y, and Z.

    So John only can edit and see A, B and C as well Laura can edit an see X, Y and Z. But admin could edit and see: A, B, C, X, Y and Z.

    Please let me know if possible, what should I buy or code.
