My using period ran out before I paid. Now I purchased an addon.
How can I install again?
I got the message:
Destination folder already exists. /htdocs/english/wp-content/plugins/connections/ Plugin install failed.
Next problem: my account shows “shopping card is empty” – How is my purchase registered?
It appears you will have to use FTP and manually delete the Connections folder before you can re-install it.
Your purchases can also be found on your Purchase History page. I’ve confirmed that they are there as they should be. Items only remain in the shopping cart thru the checkout process.
