I thought I found an answer to this question but I searched again with no luck. I have 2 questions:
1. How can I remove Work from the address, email and phone fields?
2. How can I add fields to display (I need to add several fields for company information)?

Maybe you saw this QuickTip. For Slim Plus, you can follow this FAQ. You can found all the options available to Slim Plus on this page.

It is possible, however, not out-of -the box. This would require custom coding. You can refer to these free extensions for Connections for how to programmatically add new custom fields.
