    Can you please tell me where can we edit the form and, how can we remove the extra validations. please help me

    This thread covers how to hide many of the fields… which ones specifically do you wish to hide?

    What validations? There’s only one. The entry must have a name. First and last if an individual or an Org name if an organization. Everything else is optional.

    Can you please tell me what I need to add to my Custom CSS to hide/delete the following fields?

    Prefix
    Suffix
    Title
    Organization
    Department
    Middle Name

    This should do it:

    span#cn-name-prefix,
span#cn-name-middle,
span#cn-name-suffix,
div#cn-metabox-section-title,
div#cn-metabox-section-organization,
div#cn-metabox-section-department {
  display: none;
}

    Tried this however it still shows Title, Organization and Department.

    I just tested it again, it does work. Please make sure you have the latest versions of Connections and Form installed. Also make sure to force refresh the browser to help ensure the latest CSS is being used by the browser. Lastly, it might be necessary to add the !important flag like so:

    span#cn-name-prefix,
span#cn-name-middle,
span#cn-name-suffix,
div#cn-metabox-section-title,
div#cn-metabox-section-organization,
div#cn-metabox-section-department {
  display: none !important;
}
