    Is it possible to remove the Google Map in the individual entry of this template and replace it with custom code? The map is not that useful to our users for our purpose, and we’d like to insert a custom code that will insert some Related Posts from elsewhere on our site. Is this possible?

    Sure, this is possible. You would want to edit the card-single.php file in the ../wp-content/plugins/connections-cmap/ folder. You’ll want to refer to the custom template override file dev doc.
