ParticipantHi. I installed the widget pack. I saw on another site where it has a search box and a simple drop down menu of their categories at the top of the page. How do I do that? Do I need another plugin to make this happen? I’m using divi and on the pages it doesn’t have an option to have a sidebar – which I don’t want anyway.
Thank you.

ParticipantHi. Okay I figured out how to get the widget pack on the page but I want it as a drop down menu. I thought I had it figured out by creating select a category as the parent and all the rest as the subcategories. But that didn’t work and I don’t see an option for drop down. But I know of a website using your widget pack and they have a drop down. So what do I need to do?
Thank you.

There is no category drop down widget. If you saw it on another site, my guess is that they created their own or used some other method.

Hmmm… just occurred to me when I posted my reply…
If you want the category drop down on the page instead of in the sidebar, why do you not use one of the templates which output the category options as a drop down, like cMap, for example.

ParticipantThank you Steven. Is there a plan to make a drop down menu for circled? I prefer the layout of it to cmap. Really like your plugin though, it has a lot of great features.

re; Is there a plan to make a drop down menu for circled?
Ir already has it. It is off by default due to the design intent of Circled. Here is the link to the docs which explains how to turn it on.
Hope this helps!

ParticipantThank you. I had already figured out another way to make a drop down menu but glad to know there is that option within it.
