ParticipantHello, I’ve just transferred hosts and I’ve had to setup my WordPress site again which includes the Connections Slim Plus template and database. Installing the template went fine and looks good the problem is there are no entries. I did a complete MSQL backup and imported it into the current installation. I can see/query the connections tables but the entries don’t show on the webpage.

Any suggestions/help would really be appreciated.
Thank you.

The only thing I can think off the top of my head is that the Connections tables may have the wrong WordPress prefix. In your DB, you you have two sets of Connections tables? My guess is yes. One set with the original WordPress table prefix and with the new table prefix. If that is the case, you need to drop the tables with the correct prefix as they are very likely empty. !Check first! After you drop them, then rename the tables with the incorrect prefix to have the correct prefix.
Hope that helps! Let me know!

ParticipantHi Steven,
Thanks for the response. I checked the database for duplicate tables but I couldn’t find any and when I compared the two databases they are exact. I’ve attached a screenshot. Any other ideas? Could there be another setting I need to adjust?
Cheers,

ParticipantCORRECTION: Hi Steven, You were right after another look there were duplicate tables! I missed them due to the prefix being really weird in the new database and it fooled me.
So I renamed and bam the data appeared! The only problem I’m left with is the images for the contacts are not there. Is there a table for that I need to rename? I renamed anything labelled connections.
If you could let me know?
Thanks so much!! :)
