I download the file, and it will not load into wordpress. And when I try to open it directly from the desktop I get an error message; “Cannot open file: it does not appear to be a valid archive. If you downloaded this file, try downloading the file again.”
I have tried downloading it several times now with no change.
I just retested the zip file for cMap it is fine. Where were you downloading it from? The email? Which email client app? Or were you downloading it from your purchase history? If so, which browser? I just emailed you a copy of the template to the email address you used to make the purchase to avoid any further delay. I apologize for the trouble.
It appears it was an issue when downloading from internet explorer. It worked fine when I did it through Firefox.
Interesting, which version of IE? I’d like to see if I can replicate it.
