    I purchased the Pro Pack on 23rd Jan (316807) at the same time as renewing Excerpt, and I have just tried to install Form and discovered that I have only received a licence key for Excerpt, not for the Pro Pack. I have also just realised that I have paid for Exceprt in addition to the Pro Pack, which includes Excerpt anyway.

    Please can you help.

    I just wanted to let you know that I’m working on this. I try to get this resolved asap, but may take a time because it seems to be related to a bug in the cart plugin so I’m actually waiting on support too. I’ll post back as soon as I have a solution.

    Thanks for getting back to me, I appreciate the response.
    This has been unfortunate as I had hoped to present a basic form to my networking group this morning so that they could start adding their details to the group’s website. That window of opportunity has now passed.
    Hopefully your support people will get back to you soon, as I am really looking forward to making use of the full range of features that your pro pack offers.

    The extensions and templates will function just fine without the support license key activated. The keys only limit the ability to receive automatic updates inside the WP admin all other functionality will work. I would not hold up any project for the license keys. I’ll get it sorted for you one way or another. I know the cart plugin devs are aware of the issue, found it in their support forum. I’m hoping they know exactly what the fix is so I do not have to spend a day or two tracking it down and fixing it myself.

    That’s great, thanks Steven, I hadn’t realised that.
    Can I assume that once the cart issue is resolved, you will be able to send me the key and a refund for the Excerpt charge?

    Ok, you should have just receive three sales confirmation emails … first apologies about that.

    The last one has resolved the issues with the license keys and shows the new price with the refund for the Excerpt template.
