ParticipantI’m not sure I’m having the same problem as this user (http://connections-pro.com/support/topic/pro-pack-licences/) or something different.
I renewed my Pro Pack license, and when I went to check the license key in the site using Connections, I realize that I never got the license set up before. On this site, I’m only using the template Tile Plus. I put my license key in, but it tells me that this is not a correct license key for a single item – only a bundled item.
On my details page in my account, it shows that I have Pro Pack, but it only lets me download each individual item. When Tile Plus gave me the message about a bundled item, I went back to my account page, expecting to see a bundled plugin to download. But I’m not finding that. And actually, I don’t want that – I’d rather reduce the overhead by just adding what I need to the site.
But now I’m confused. How should I add my license key so that Tile Plus will recognize it?

Apologies for the trouble! It appears back when you made the original purchase, the individual license keys were not created like they should have been. When you visit your purchase history you should now see your individual licenses for the items in the Pro Pack under the Licenses tab. You will be able to activate the license for Tile Plus on your site now.
There is no “bundle download, the individual items in are the bundle.
Apologies again for the trouble and confusion!

ParticipantWell, I’m now seeing license keys for all items, but they are expired. :-)

Well now, that’s not right. The generated keys did not inherit the correct expiration date… I was the software would have warned me. Apologies again!
