ParticipantHello,
When clicking on “Show Bio”, “Show Notes” and “Show Map” it jumps on the page but doesn’t open the link. You can see the issue here:
http://www.hockeypub.com/searchable-directory/
Suspecting a javascript error, iThemes Security (Better WP Security) was deactivated. But the problem remained. My developer disabled each plugin on the site one by one by the problem remained. (the page was added to never cache).
No relevant errors appear when using Google Chrome’s developer tools.
We would appreciate your help resolving the problem.
Thank you!

It is likely that you need to update cMap. The installed version is 2.1 which is about 4 years old. The latest is version 5.2.
Since your purchase was made in 2012, you have lifetime free updates. You can download the update from your purchase history page under the downloads tab.
To manually install the update, you will first need to delete the installed version. The version installed, I think (it has been quite awhile) you first activate the Default Entry Card on the Connections : Templates admin page. And then you can click the delete button for cMap.
To install the new version, follow the installation instructions for cMap.
Make sure you activate your support license key, also found on your purchase history page, this way you will get automatic inadmin updates for cMap.
I hope this helps, let me know.

ParticipantHi Steven, thank you for your prompt response and for your detailed instructions. I have updated cMap to version 5.2 and activated the license.
Unfortunately the issue remains.

Try:
- Make sure you completely clear your W3 Total Cache page cache.
- Additionally, the page is not fully loading. –On every page. It stop in the middle of loading the “Video from the NHL” widget. Try removing that widget from you page. Make sure to clear that page cache after you do.

ParticipantHi Steven, thanks for the suggestion. I have removed the widget and emptied the cache but to no avail.

The “Video from the NHL” widget is still on the page, can you confirm you removed it?

ParticipantWe had two NHL video widgets in the sidebar. Both have now been removed.
Bio, Notes and Map are now working correctly.
Thank you very much for your help and for your patience!

Great to hear it is working now! The widgets seemed to break all pages on your site, not just Connections (at least from the pages I visited).
