ParticipantSteven, today, on site we’re working on with version 8.5.8, we uploaded a profile photo, made some other edits to the profile and clicked Update.
Once done, we were returned a blank white screen and we appear to have lost data in that specific category.
You can see on the physician’s page how that shows on the front end.

Navigate to the
../wp-content/uploads/connections-images/folder via FTP. look for the folder for the entry causing the problem and delete it. Doing so should restore the functionality.The issue… a multi-megapixel image was uploaded causing the memory allocated to PHP being exhausted when Connections tries to process it. There are protections to try to prevent this from happening by using
wp_max_upload_size()but this can be overridden by changing the default max upload size forupload_max_filesizeorpost_max_sizeto values that can easily exceed the memory available to PHP.Hope that helps! Let me know.

ParticipantThanks Steven. That seemed to do the trick. We should not have been trying to load a large image, but apparently that was the case.
