Hi! I’m looking for suggestions with an image issue using the default templates.
Most of the photos that our members will update are in portrait format. When you view our members page everyone’s head is cut off as the photo is shown in a landscape format.
When I isolate the image file in the HTML, it appears that Connections auto crops the top and bottom of the image to landscape. Hence my thought of creating my own custom template won’t fix the issue in any case.

On the Connections : Settings admin page under the Images tab, change the ratio option to Fill under the medium image size. After you make the change, you’ll have to re-upload any images you want the setting to be applied to.
That did it Steven! Thanks so much! I feel like such a dummy for missing that images tab in settings.
