Steven thank you for your help. I doubt that my team would have found that issue as being the cause. thanks again for your help. How much do I owe you? Sincerely, Enrique.

re: thank you for your help
No problem, glad to help!
re: How much do I owe you?
Well, I have no method to accept donations or collect fees for support other than through purchases. If you’d like to thank me monetarily, making a purchase of any of the items for sale would be great.
Another way which would be great is to leave a review. They really do make a difference and it would be truly appreciated. Many thanks in advance!

Steven, should files in the connections related folders have “apache” ownership? Or regular ftp user ownership? I’m seeing apache ownership at present which seems odd. Thanks. Enrique.
@ Enrique
Depends on how the site user/user groups are defined. From some casual Google searches it seems that it’s common to have all wordpress files in your web accessible space with apache user and group set as their owner. BUt, like I said, I am not a server admin and this is a little beyond my expertise.
