ParticipantUploaded photo via connections, but photo does not show up on profile and does not show up on back end when re-attempting. Please help. Thanks!

When you add the photo/logo, do you mean on the admin Add/Edit pages?

ParticipantYes, but also when I “switch to” using different users.

ParticipantI went to the cpanel to create a folder for manual photo insertion. This stood out:
Could not create directory “XXXXXX-XXXXXX” in /home/XXXXXXX/XXXXXXX.com/wp-content/uploads/connections-images: Disk quota exceeded
Could this be an issue with the amount of connections? Or something else connections related? We have plenty of disk space.

Disk quotas would be something the web host controls, not something Connections can control. You might want to contact your web host about that message.
When you add an image to an entry, what happens, exactly, after you click the add/update button?

ParticipantIt goes back to the main connections area as it always does, but it doesn’t save the picture. Everytime we go back to the connection profile, front end or back end, there is no picture there. It’s also not in the cpanel where it should be.

There are no warning or error notices presented to you? If there are, what are they?
