ParticipantWhen a person fills out the listing form and chooses “Organization” the first and last name fields are not available to enter information. When they choose “Personal” I would expect the organization fields of “Title”, “Organization” and “Department” to become unavailable, but I don’t see that happening. Any way to adjust this so that personal listings do not prompt for company info?

ParticipantI posted in the wrong forum. This should be in the “FORM” section. Apologies.

This is correct behavior… a person can work for an org, within a dept of that org and have a title which reflect what they do at the org in that dept.

Sorry, no… there is no easy way or little code snippet that I could give you to change this.
Probably not the answer you wanted to hear but I hope that helps!

ParticipantThanks Steven…totally understand. We probably just have a different use than most. Our listing happens to be for individual practitioners only and they have no company affiliation, or if they do it is not appropriate to specify that in our directory.
I can totally turn off the display of those fields (I’m using cMap) but would like to not prompt for them since it may create a false expectation that they will be displayed if filled in.
So, possibly in the future as development continues. We very much appreciate this plugin!
