ParticipantHi,
I’ve password protected several pages that have directories on them. I tried to go back and disable the password protection on the pages to make them public again (because it was not working properly) and now the pages will not go back to public even though the page does not say they are password protected. I’ve tried recreating the page and it still does the same thing.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Password protecting pages is a WordPress feature/function. Connections does not interact with that at all. With that said, I really don’t know why you would not be able to remove a password. How are you determining that a page is till password protected if WordPress says it is not?

ParticipantI know…it’s very strange
I get this message when I try to access the page:
“Vendors Directory
Please login to view the directory.”however, there is no login box to log into and when I go to edit the pages, I only have one page of the site showing that is password protected (which is not this page).

Well, ok, now this does make sense. Go to the Connections : Settings admin page and uncheck the require login to view the directory option and click save changes.
That should do it.
