ParticipantI downloaded the CSV import extension and I can’t get it to work. It wont show up in Connections – Settings, between the SEO and the Advanced tabs. Please help me fix this!

That is the where the Licenses tab will be displayed. It will only display after the extension is installed and activated.
Here is the link to the installation directions.
After you have installed and activated it, then you will be able to activate the support license key as outlined here in the installation instructions.
The admin menu item will display on the admin menu sidebar for Connections. It will be between the “Categories” and “Templates” admin menu items.
It will be beneficial to read the CSV File Setup Requirements and the Tips sections. They will help ensure you have a successful import.
Lastly, I recommend reading these two common FAQ/s:
I hope this helps, let me know.
ps. I do see you activated the license on a site. I’m guessing you did this manually on your purchase history page because the URL is no correct. I will manually deactivate it so you can activate it properly on your site in the admin.

ParticipantThe file I download from purchase history says that it’s a zip file but it isn’t. Can I get a refund? I am done fighting with this because the wrong link was emailed to me. By the time I figure out this program I could have typed them all out again!!

I’ve checked the zip file, it is fine … it’s the same file everyone downloads. The issue is likely you computer, not an issue really, but if you have a Mac and use Safari I believe it defaults to automatically unzipping the file on download. Perhaps that is what is going on???
If you post an admin login as a private reply I’ll log in and do the install real quick. I’ll grant the refund if it plugin actually for some reason does not work in your installation of WP. But I can promise you that it’ll work because it has for many hundreds of others, nearly all without issue if the advice and instructions are followed in the documentation.
