If you can give me a temp WP admin login, I’ll take a look. Experience has shown the theme usually causes this type of issue. So, that will be the first thing I’ll be looking at. The login details can be posted here as a private reply. Thanks!
Oh, almost forgot. I do not have a “pro” upgrade to the profile template. I just happened to have the other one because another user paid to have one made for them a few days ago. I plan on adding it to just the template and pro pack bundles.

Guest… And one more question. On the page where it displays the list of Individuals using the **Profile template**, the names have the uppercase/small caps style added. I have tried adding **text-transform: none !important;** to any all divs associated with the names, but to no avail. Any idea what class that style is being called from? I am sure it’s a “duh” thing, but i can’t find it to save my life! :)

This should do it:
#cn-profile span.fn { font-variant: normal; }re: we are setting up a secondary test site that we can provide you the temp login. Stay tuned!
Will do.

I took a look at the Customizer issue on your site. The problem was there was no direct home page created with the
[connections]shortcode on it. I created a page name “Connections Business Directory” and put the shortcode on it and then set it as them home page in the settings. Now the , Template Customizer works as it should.Hope this helps!

GuestAwesome thank you!
Also, do you think you will also be creating a PRO version of the Profile template with the pagination setting in the future?
Thanks!

Sorry, no plans. The only reason the other exists because another user paid for me to develop it for them. I changed a very reasonable fee, knowing I could add it to the Template Pro Pack and the Pro Pack bundles to increase the value-add to those items.
