Sorry, but that is the theme. It is not being caused by Connections. You can actually see it occurring on every page. The cause is the way the theme is designed.
fyi, I see you either disabled pagination or set it to a high limit. I recommend keeping it at a lower number, like the default 20 to keep page load time to a minimum. Listing that many entries on a page would be similar to listed that many WP posts on page which is why they usually default to 10 per page.
Hope that helps.

GuestThanks Steven for replying. I set the number of contacts on each page to a lower number (10) and it still shifts around. I created the theme with a program that I use. I am not sure what to do. Our members pay for these listings on our club website and I cannot let it run this way. I think your program is great. Any other suggestions.

The jumping around is the theme, not Connections, as it happens on all the pages. Setting it to the lower page_limit helped a lot with the page load time.
You’ll have to ask the devs of the theme program to fix the issue. The reason the header is jumping around is because they are using javascript place/fix the header elements. This javascript can not run until the page is fully loaded. So on pages that take a little longer to load, the delay is more noticeable. After the page is loaded, it calculates the correct positioning and applies it to the header elements.
I’m sorry, but there is nothing I can do about the jumping.

GuestThanks again Steve. I will check with artisteer support. Another thing is that under Connections: settings: general I cannot change the setting for base region to Florida. Everytime I change and then save it, it shows Alabama.

Thanks for pointing out the bug, I’ve confirmed it is an issue. I’ll make sure to get this fixed in the next update. It is not really used for anything as of yet so this is not critical.
