The first thing to do is update your version of Tile Plus. The version you’re using is about two and a half years old. It is a free download to you which can be download from your [purchase history](http://connections-pro.com/my-account/purchase-history/). Make sure to carefully following the [installation/upgrade instructions](http://connections-pro.com/documentation/install/templates/). I do not think it solve whatever the problem is, but it is a good first step to make sure everything is up to date just in case.

Darn, I was still hoping that would be the solution…
My next best guess is that there is a very large image being used by one of the entries. I’ve run into this with a couple other users, but in the admin. After figuring out which, resizing it an reuploading solved the issue. I can do this for you since it’
ll only take mew a few minutes but I’ll need a temp admin account and FTP account. The login details can be sent to me via the contact link at the bottom of the page. Be sure to paste a link of this forum thread in the email too so I can relate the email and this support thread.10/14/2014 at 10:19 am #306993pgebhardt
ParticipantThat is probably what happened. Where does Connections keep the jpegs for the images? I think I can do this myself if you can just tell me where they are. Thanks Steve!

It was the image for Ms. Kwin Ramos. After I resized it to a more web friendly size, the page loads fine.
Hope that helps!
