GuestHey,
I’m using your plugin to show the opening times of the local shops to our readers. After the last update, the opening times are messed up completely. I tried to correct the opening times of one shop by setting it to “8:00” – and saved. When I return to the shops data, the time is set to “8:54”. I repeated that process, but the plugin seems to add 54 minutes to the times I enter.
Very strange!
I ask for your help, because in the current state, Connections is useless… :-(
Best regards,
GeorgPS: An example:

KeymasterThis is very strange indeed as the last update was very minor…
To get you back up and running use the WP Rollback plugin to rollback to the previous version. Here’s the link:

Something to check, make sure you have the correct time zone set in the WP settings.
Hope this helps, let me know.

GuestThanks Steven,
rolling back both connection and business hours to the last version did the job, thank you very much for taking the pressure out of the problem. But that in reverse means that there must be something in the update that caused the behaviour?
Perhaps someone else besides me has the same problem?
Can you give me a hint where I can check the time zone settings?
Best regards,

RE: rolling back both connection
You did have to roll back Connections… Out of curiosity, since you did roll it back. Can you please upgrade just Connections to see if the issue starts again. That way I can rule out a change in Connections as the issue.
RE: Perhaps someone else besides me has the same problem?
So far this is the only reported occurrence. So, perhaps this is unique to your site for some reason. I’m certain we’ll get to the bottom of it in short order.
RE: Can you give me a hint where I can check the time zone settings?
The time zone setting is found on the core WordPress General settings admin page, right after the default language setting and before the date format setting.

I’ve located the bus in bothe Connections and Open Hours which causes the issue you are experiencing. In some scenarios the server time for the minutes was being used instead of the set minutes. I suspect that is where that 54 was coming from you mentioned in your original post. Also, in some cases, the time was not being converted to the correct display format. I do not think this was affecting your based on your description of the issue. I’ll be releasing updates for both tomorrow.
Apologies for the trouble!

GuestHey Steven,
sorry, I haven’t checked back for a while, I just saw your last answers right now.
I installed the latest updates and it seems to be ok, the opening times are displayed correctly. Thank you so much for looking into the problem and solving it. That’s a great support!
