Guest1/I have been trying to make sample entries on my site using cmap. I am using a single page per category. Entry appears on the correct page but only the name of the organisation appears. No other data appears. Also sample entries all have different width. I am only using shortcode[connections category ''] and have tried [raw] [/raw] and [noformat][/noformat]
2/I have tested the site for all main browsers and it works, apart from the above, on PC but when accessed on a smartphone or tablet none of the connections data displays.

GuestI have tried changing theme and this seems to sesolve the width of display issue. I have also changed to ‘responsive’ theme which seems to resolve the connections data not displaying on iphone and android devices.
I still have the problem that only the name entered under organisation is displaying and no other data. This is the case for all browsers and on all devices.
Any help would be greatly received.

Do you have a link to share so that I can see the issue you’re experiencing?

GuestI have put name only entries into each category to make sure that that works and have put a sample completed entry into the page http://www.tradfinder.com/dublin

Please delete the cMap template and re-install it using the template installer found on the Connections : Templates admin page. The file you are to upload is the zip file that you downloaded.

Good to hear. The issue was the way the template was originally installed. This will get much easier because I just finished up completely re-working the templating system so the can be coded like plugins and installed like plugins. No worries though, what you have now will definitely continue to work and the next update to the template, you’ll install it as a plugin rather than the way you did this time.
