ParticipantAdmin is not receiving notifications of new submissions. We’ve checked and rechecked the settings, disabled and re-enabled the plugin, to no avail.

Can you confirm that WordPress is able to send email? You can use a plugin named Check Email to confirm.
Also, just checking, when you’re testing, you are not logged in right? If you’re logged in, you will not receive an email because Form knows you’re logged in so Form knows that that you added the entry so there would be no need for an email to be sent.

ParticipantHi Steven,
I did verify that WordPress is able to send email, and it came through fine.We have never received notification when members have updated their directory listings using Form. Would it be an issue if a member was logged in and making an update and Admin was logged in elsewhere on the site? I can’t imagine that this would ALWAYS be the case, but it could account for some of the time.

No, it would not be an issue if an admin were logged in.
What is the permissions the user has? Edit Entry Or Edit Entry Moderated?

Ok, I jumped the gun a bit…
You do receive notification when a user adds an entry right? I’m assuming you have the Add Entry Moderated permission set for the role.
The issue is just when a user edits their entry that you do not get a notification, right?

GuestAt this time we are manually creating a basic profile for new member users so Admin does that and then sends a link for them to update their profile. Existing users can update their profile at any time. and we get no notifications when they edit their entries.

Ok, I think I see the issue after looking more closely at the email code. There’s a bug in Form. An admin submission notice will only be sent when a user adds their entry, not when they update it.
I’ll try to get this fixed as soon as possible and release a bug fix. Apologies for the trouble.
