ParticipantHow can we receive an email notification when an entry has been modified and requires moderation?

KeymasterNotification can be setup for add/edits made using Form on the Site’s frontend. Navigate to the Connections : Settings admin page and click the Form tab. Scroll down and configure the notification you would like to receive.
Hope this helps!

ParticipantSteven, thank you for the quick and helpful response!
I checked those settings and, by default, the notification was enabled and configured to be sent to the correct address. We did not, however, receive the notification. All other transactional emails from the website and being sent and received by that same address without issue. Any thoughts on how we can get these notifications to work or test to see why they are not working?
Thank you,

KeymasterThe notifications are only sent if the changes are made on the site’s frontend using Form. Notifications will not best when making changes using the Link admin profile page.
Also, double check that the user roles you expect to moderate only have the Add Moderated and Edit Moderated capabilities. If they have Add or Edit capabilities the add/edit will not be routed to the moderation queue and no notifications will be sent.
If you are testing as and ormin or other user which has the Ad and/or Edit capabilities, you will not receive notifications, because, you, as the admin know about the add/edit because you have performed them. I mention this because several times in the past users were testing as admin expecting notifications. You need to test has a user with the correct capabilities assigned.
I hope this helps!

ParticipantExcellent! We were routing our members through the admin for edits, not a frontend form. We’ll create a frontend form and I’m sure that will resolve our issue.
Thank you for the top notch support!
