    Hi,
    Could you help me please,None of my information shows up in my directory,All my informations is PUBLIC but does not show up in my page. I have put my connections shortcut code as I am supposed to do…
    I don’t know what I’ve done wrong?

    Can you please share a link to the page having the issue?

    Are you using a page caching plugin or any other server side caching?

    What is the exact shortcode you are using?

    Did you enable the login is required option?

    Did you enable either of the privacy shortcode override options?

    Well, it took my quite a bit of time to find the exact page on your site that has Connections, but I eventually found it.

    What I see on this page, you have the shortcode twice, you should only have it once.

    Second, are you sure you saved your entries as public? All the categories show as having 0 entries added to them. Entries that have been added to a category would have been added to the this number.

    Can you attach a screenshot of an entry that you have added to Connections?

    The options I asked about, they are all on the Connections : Settings admin page under the General tab.
