I just installed the plugin and can’t figure out how to make the “notes” field populate in a listing (http://myggm.org/directory/name/900-degrees/). My goal is to be able to display a brief paragraph with each listing. Perhaps I am doing something wrong.
Any assistance is very much appreciated!
None of the supplied core templates show the notes field, sorry. If you could use the bio field instead you could use either the Profile template of the Bio Entry Card template. You can activate either from the Connections : Templates admin page.
If you need to use the notes field, you’ll need a premium template such as cMap which does support presenting the notes field.
I hope that helps.
Thanks for clearing that up. I just bought, installed and activated cMap, but am having trouble getting my first entry to populate (it just says “no results). Do I need to change the shortcode on my Directory page, enter the cMap license key in some area or do something else?
Never mind. I figured it out!
Great to hear!
