ParticipantMy entries are not showing up properly and are looking like this. How can I fix it so things aren’t so spaced out? Am I doing something wrong?

Impossible to say from a screenshot. If you can share a link, I’ll take a look. The one thing you can try is what is outlined in this FAQ when the layout does not appear correct.
Hope this helps, let me know.

I’m using shortcode [connections] is that correct or is this the problem and I should be putting something else in there?

Hmmm… did you try the suggestions outline in the FAQ? Seems like the fix outlined in the yellow box in the FAQ should fix it. Did you try enabling that option?

ParticipantWould you mind taking a screenshot of exactly what you’re talking about and post it below for me? I’m self taught and green with this stuff.

- Navigate to the Connections : Settings admin page.
- Click the Advanced tab.
- Scroll to the bottom.
- Enable the “Templates” option in the “Compatibility” section. It is a checkbox with this as the label “Themes can break plugin shortcodes that output content on the page causing the content not to render correctly. If the templates do not display as expected try enabling this option.“
- Click the Save Changes button.
Let me know it that helps.
