ParticipantThe Forms extension works great on my Mac but I cannot get it to display on my iPhone or iPad.
I am using it on the site “www.grandmanan.church”
The template that I am using is the Bio Entry Card 2.0.1

I can see that the page is working fine .. what I can not see are the entries, I see the no results message instead.
My guess is when the entries were added they were added as private. Private entries will only be shown to users logged into the site. You must set them to be public in order for the entries to be visible to the sites visitors.
I hope that helps, let me know.

Ops … scratch what I just said … guess I can not read.
I just visited the site again on my iPad in Chrome and Safari, both showed the Form page just fine for me.

ParticipantThe iPad works fine for me as well but I can’t get it to display on my iPhone … any other suggestions?

The only iDevice I have presently is an iPad. Well… I do have a very old iPhone 3G. I try digging that up to see if it still works.
I tested the page in both http://www.mobilephoneemulator.com/ and http://mobiletest.me/ and the page rendered fine.
Emulators are not perfect, so perhaps it is the theme or another plugin preventing the display on a smaller screen. You’ll have to try deactivating all other plugins temporarily to see if that resolves the issue. If it does not, then temporarily activate the default theme to see if that resolves the issue.
Let me know what you find out.
