Something a bit strange here – I’m using the following shortcode:
[connections category='13' str_work_addr='Head Office' str_other_addr=' ' str_bio_show='Show Information' str_bio_hide='Close Information' str_bio_head='Information' str_note_head='Information' str_note_show='Show Information' str_note_hide='Close Information' show_category_count=true str_home_phone='Information Line' str_work_phone='Phone' str_work_fax='Fax' str_work_email='Email' enable_category_select='false']

Are you logged in the site with FF and Safari but not Chrome. If you are then the entries may be set as Private instead of Public. If they are Public, perhaps your are using a page caching plugin. If that is the case, try flushing the page cache.
