    I have installed the base plugin and purchased the CSV Upload plugin. This worked and have uploaded everything OK.
    Using [connections] shortcode the page works. But when one clicks on a name the Profile View goes to page with only a page footer and no css, Enfold layout, etc.

    I have purchased and installed the template ‘circle’ and this is no different. I got the impression from the documentation that to have a profile view you had to purchase a template.

    Any thoughts please what I must be doing wrong?

    I do know that Connections is compatible with Enfold with no conflicts that I am aware of. To debug, I’ll will need a link to the page with the issue and a temp admin login. The login details can be posted here as a private reply.

    The login only seems to be a regular user account, not an admin. What is the link to the page that has the issue?

    Seems the newest Enfold does have a small compatibility issue. I applied a hotfix to your site. It should function correctly now. Apologies for the trouble.
