ParticipantHi- thanks for the always awesome support. We use connections (and love it), but recently had to install it on a test site to debug it alongside with woocommerce and memberships-pro, but have been experiencing all sorts of problems. We think it’s a technical misunderstanding on our end.
The issue we have at the moment is that on the test site, no option to “add directory entry” exists. This is standard with connections. We must have set it up wrong? We cannot do testing on this site to configure everything on all our other sites where we use connections.
Please help. Thanks!

ParticipantI notice that on this site as well. I was talking with one of our other tech guys. Is that the link feature, which connects directory entries to registered wordpress users?

ParticipantAlso in addendum to the last response, does the link feature (which among many functions) that connects emails from logged in users to directory entries also work if using the “switch to user” is accessing a user, or does that specific user need to be logged in for the link feature to search for a respective email to link?

RE: Is that the link feature, which connects directory entries to registered wordpress users?
Yes, the Link extension will link a directory entry to a WP user.

Yes, Link does support the User Switching plugin.
Hope that answers your question.
