What is the folder permissions for:
../wp-content/connection_images/
It should be
755
. If it is, try767
.If this still does not work and you can not still view the folder contents with FileZilla. See if your web host can fix the permissions on the folder. You should be able to view its contents.
If you give me a temp admin account and an FTP account login, I’ll take a closer look.

Ok, I was able to access the FTP. I think the core of the issue is that the
mod_security2
module is loaded. I’ve had other reports from 2 or 3 other users where the following rulesets needed to be deactivated on the server; 1234123404, 1234123440, or 1234123406. You would have to contact you web host to deactivate them if you do not have access toConfigServer ModSecurity Control
.Now, I did force the template to show the images but the images that you upload must be 80 x 120px or smaller since they can no longer be dynamically created.

ParticipantHi Steve,
I have a similar issue.
The images are already uploaded in every entry but they don’t display them.What I used to do to fix this problem, is change the visibility to “visible” on ‘cn-user.min.css’
#cn-list span.cn-image-loading img {
visibility: hiddenPlease, take a look at this screenshot:

You solution suggests that there is a fatal javascript error occuring before the Connections script can run. The error is usually in another plugin or the theme’s javascript. If you share a link to you directory, I’ll take a look. One way to determine for yourself if there is an error is to load the page in Chrome, hit the F12 key and then click the the Console tab. That tab will show any page rendering errors as well as javascript errors. Hovering over a file name on the right side of the window will show the file path. That path usually is a big clue on which plugin or theme is causing the error.
Hope that helps!
