GuestDon’t laugh I’m in my early 60’s and thought I could have a crack at building a website for a community group! I have loaded cmap and all seams to be working but the images won’t load. Plain english would be helpful as I have to read most directions 5 times to understand.Regards Eileen from Aus

By default the cMap template displays the logo on the card and the photo in the bio content tray (the bio field).
To change this use the Template Customizer for cMap. Navigate to the Connections Templates admin page and click the Customize button for cMap.
The page will reload with the Customizer on the left and a preview on the right.
Click the back arrow on the upper left of the Customizer and click the Image panel.
Choose the Photo image type.
Click the back arrow on the upper left of the Customizer and click the Tray Image mage panel.
Choose None for the Image type.
Now, in the preview, click and entry name, any entry name. The preview will refresh displaying only that entry.
Make the same image choices again. This needs done twice because the list view and the single view are configured separately.
Now you can click the Save and Publish button. Exit the Customizer.
Hope that helps, let me know.

ParticipantHi Steven, Thank you, the first page of the email I was able to manage well. The second area where you suggested I use the HTML and Tags I have no idea where I’m to add those.
I have a feeling I have screwed up the pages of my directory download. Should I have a dedicated Directory page where you can then choose what Category you are after or if I have chosen all and the 2 that I have finally perfected will show up.
Have you thought of doing a Youtube video of installations? Is there one available?
Very much appreciate your help. I really like the directory it has my website looking really professional. Regards Eileen07/11/2017 at 10:56 am #428652Steven Zahm

RE: The second area where you suggested I use the HTML and Tags I have no idea where I’m to add those.
I’m sorry I do not understand what you are saying/asking. I did a search for other posting using your name but did not find any so I am unsure how to help. You question and my answer above, there is nothing about HTML.
RE: I have a feeling I have screwed up the pages of my directory download.
I took a look at your directory page:
http://www.lochsportcrg.org.au/groups-emergency-accommodation/
Looks fine, I do not see any issues.
RE: Should I have a dedicated Directory page where you can then choose what Category you are after or if I have chosen all and the 2 that I have finally perfected will show up.
I am sorry, but I do not understand what you are asking. Could you give more details?
RE: Have you thought of doing a Youtube video of installations? Is there one available?
Yes, I even bought software to do it with, but time is the limiting factor. doing videos takes a lot of time which there never seems to be enough of.
RE: Very much appreciate your help. I really like the directory it has my website looking really professional.
Thanks!
Hope I have answered your question thoroughly

Below is the second half of the email I referred to in my email, where I was unsure as to where to add them.
You may use these HTML tags and attributes:

More details RE my question of the pages set up should community directory 0 1 be the parent page.as in my directory it is defaulting to Community Groups. See Categories below.
Accommodation

Select Emergency Services Emergency ServicesMany thanks for your help. Eileen

I’m sorry, but I’m still lost and I am unsure of what you are asking. I do not understand what HTML tags have to do with the Connections categories.

ParticipantHi Steven, you can start laughing now! This reply to message has a Note that says (You may use these HTML tags and attributes) etc etc!
I now realise it is attached to all your (Reply To) emails.
I thought I was supposed to add it to my Connections page!! but didn’t know where to place it.
Thanks for your help. It is encouraging to know that support can come from so far away.Regards Eileen
