ParticipantHi Steven,
I’m trying to use my Tile Plus plugin on a KnowHow theme (KB theme from herothemes.com (http://demo.herothemes.com/?product=knowhow).
So far I have to problems.
1.) No information is displayed in the tile, however the picture is shown.
2.) If I change the category of a contact to anything else but “Uncategorized”, they er not shown.
If I change the design to use one of the default or e.g. Slim Plus, it shows fine, so the setup and data should be right, problem seems to lie within the Tile Plus.
I’ll add a link for you shortly, if I can add it privately before you reply back to me.
Regards,

This is caused by theme which globally change the box-sizing from its browser default. Unfortunately this will break the layout of anything expecting the default. I’ll actually be releasing an update to Tile Plus later today which enforces this setting within the Tile Plus template, but here’s how to fix this now…
Login to you site with FTP.
Navigate to the../wp-content/uploads/
folder.
In that folder create a new folder named:
connections-templates
In the connections-templates folder create a folder named:
tile-plus
In tile-plus folder create a new file named:
tile-plus-custom.css
Edit that file so the contents are:#cn-tile-plus .cn-entry { box-sizing: content-box; }
Save the file.
When you refresh the page, the tiles should appear correct.
Hope that helps!

Sorry, also, being caused by the theme. See this FAQ for a fix that fixes for just about everyone. Try the suggestion in the yellow tinted box.
