    Hi,
    I’ve added new staff members to the list & Connections shows they are in the system, though they are not all showing up on my website. How to fix this? And, is it possible to re-order existing contacts by order of importance?

    It appears you might being using page caching on your site. After adding your entries, please clear your page cache. Hope this helps! Let me know.

    I’ve tried clearing the cache, but I’m still not seeing my new entries. Is it a template issue? What to do? Thanks!

    When you add the entries, are you setting them as “Public”?

    What is the exact shortcode you are using on the page?

    Yep, I have set as public.

    Is it a template issue with Connections–would renewing my support license allow me to post properly? It shows the existing license as expired. I wonder if without the purchased version, the connections template only allows me to post a certain number of individuals?

    No, an expired license would not prevent an entry from displaying.

    What is the exact shortcode you are using on the page to display the diretcory?

    Ok, shortcode is [connections category=2 page_limit=20 pagination_position="after" enable_category_select='FALSE' enable_search='FALSE' id="80,2,7,57,75,3,4,5,6" order_by="id|SPECIFIED"]

    Is the entry you added which is not showing one of the ids listed in the shortcode: id="80,2,7,57,75,3,4,5,6"?

    Is the entry assigned to category 2?

    If the entry is not both of those, it will not get displayed.
