What “Visibility” did you set the entry to when adding it?
What is the exact shortcode you are using?
Did you enable either of the Shortcode Visibility Overrides on the Connections : Settings admin page? If you did, please disable them.

You didn’t answer:
What is the exact shortcode you are using?
New question…
I looked at the firm’s site, which list should the entry appear one. I do not see any “No results found.” message.

ParticipantWe are not using a shortcode. can I give you the login and probably check? I think it will be easier for you to check. you jsut try to add a new entry or clone an existing one.
The no results btw – http://mastfirm.com/paralegals-staff/name/debbie2-clapp2/
I cloned an entry from this one – http://mastfirm.com/paralegals-staff/name/debbie-clapp/

re: We are not using a shortcode.
If you are showing the list on a page, you have to be using a shortcode.I suspect you are using something like:
[connections id='1,2,3,4,5,6' order_by='id|SPECIFIED']
But that is just a guess… if you are, you need to add the new entry ID to the list with the other.
