I tried logging in, after I do all I get is a blank screen with the word
error the page response code is 403 Forbidden. I can access the site using my phone so it is like my IP address being blocked.
It’s cool, no worries. i credited a new amin account with the same credentials.

Ok the issue was they way WP Super Cache was configured… These should be checked:
Don’t cache pages for known users. (Recommended)
Don’t cache pages with GET parameters. (?x=y at the end of a url)
The first one is important because you could make changes all day and not see a difference until the page’s cache expires.
