ParticipantI have enabled the option to turn the name of every entry into a link.
However, formatting is lost when clicking on this link. The logo is right aligned instead of left, no background color, everything is displayed as open, category drop down and search boxes are missing
On previous versions of cMap, clicking on the link among a category list would merely isolate the entry and give the viewer the options of what they wanted to explore.
I could disable this option, but that would break the outside links I have to the entries.

This is actually correct functionality for cMap 3.0.1, actually just about every template now. One of the new features in Connections 0.7.6.x was a completely new templating system. One of the major enhancements allows, for the lack of a better term, multiple views. So, when in “list view” cMap is displayed in the card format and in “single view” the design, or lack of, is to permit the theme to style the elements as much as possible for a visually seamless experience.
This decision was made because of very high demand that when in “single view” that the info and map be expanded by default so the user would not have to continue clicking to see the info. Because a list of items is not being shown and everything is open by default, visually, it made more sense to allow the theme to handle the styling. This offers a pretty good integrated experience.
I hope that fully explains the functionality and the decisions behind that functionality.

GuestDo you mean to say that this is correct functionality after clicking the title?
