    Is possible that the plugin connections with widgets with list of categories will be compatible with WPML?

    For example:

    Categories in English Languaje: Spain, France, Germany
    Categories in Spanish Languaje: España, Francia, Alemania

    Do you understand me?

    Sorry, no, Connections is not WPML compatible.

    Yes, that is the plan. But I can not promise when. More than likely, it will be some time before this has been implemented.
