    Hello Steven, we already had mail contact a month ago. I have now purchased the Pro version and activated the licenses.

    Can you please help me with the setup for triple category search.

    I just emailed the download link and the configuration instructions. Let me know if you do not receive it.

    If you plan to use this on the same page as your directory, I recommend turning off your chosen templates category/search features as they will be redundant.

    Hello Steve, I’ve come a long way but still have the problem with the empty field over the select.
    Can you please tell me: is there a shortcut to remove this empty field or to use it as a non-clickable text field?

    Ok, this is likely a conflict with a theme or another plugin. The other plugin or theme is trying to “enhance” the drop down which already being “enhanced” by the multi category search. What I mean by “enhanced” is the category drop down being is auto complete / searchable.

    I suggest looking thru the theme settings to see if the is an option to turn off enhanced drop downs. It may not be that exact wording but something similar.

    Yes found, the plugin conflict seems to be with the template I use “Slim Plus”. Because we would like to have the Accordion menu.

    Unfortunately I couldn’t find an option in the settings. Do you have another idea I would be very grateful!
