ParticipantHello;
We are seeing entries displayed under multiple categories when a single category has been selected.
Example:
For keliher-consulting-ltd we have selected just the single category of “Victoria Bronze”, as shown in the labelled screenshot below.
When viewing the listing, it shows the entry under multiple categories, as shown in the labelled screenshot below.
This does not make sense and can lead to misunderstandings. How can it be resolved?
As the site is in maintenance mode, I have created login credentials for Connections Support.
The are as follows:
https://bcshrinersshow.com/wp-admin
UserName: {REMOVED}
Password: {REMOVED}
The issue occurs on any of the entries listed on any of the business supporters pages. Here is the link to the example provided:
https://bcshrinersshow.com/business-support-victoria/name/keliher-consulting-ltd/
Thank you for your time & attention.
Sincerely,
Stephanie

This is because you have put the
[connections]
shortcode on the same WordPress page multiple times. When you click an entry name link you will see that entry repeated for each time the shortcode is used on then page.You can do what you want but it does require a little more complex setup using multiple WordPress pages. Please follow the instructions I gave another user in [this support forum ticket].
I hope this helps, let me know.
