ParticipantHi Steven,
simply love this plugin that I’m using to make a customers directory for private use only. I would like to add a link to “modify current entry”, something like “edit” in regular wordpress posts. There is a way to do it?
Many thanks in advance

re: I would like to add a link to “modify current entry”, something like “edit” in regular wordpress posts.
Where would you link this link? I ask because there are already a couple edit links added. When you are viewing the single entry profile detail page, on the adminbar, there is an Edit Entry link. If you have the [Form extension] installed, when viewing the single entry profile detail page, there is a Edit Entry link shown above the entry which allow you to edit the entry in the frontend.
Does this answer you question? Let me know.

ParticipantHi Steven,
many thanks for your quick reply! I was meaning the front-end edit link (because toolbar doesn’t work on mobile view). I solved the problem in a simple way: changing my wordpress theme! :-)
Thanks again and best regards

ParticipantHi again Steven,
just checked again. I see the Edit link on bottom page, but this link to the Edit page form and not to the connection’s entry edit09/27/2016 at 9:25 am #393331Steven Zahm

The edit entry link resides in the adminbar at the top of the screen when viewing the single entry profile page. It will be located to the right of the edit page link. It will not be at the bottom of the page.
If you have purchased and installed the Form extension you can also add a link to right above the entry to edit the entry right on the frontend. This setting is found on the Connections : Settings admin page under the Display tab in the Entry Actions section.
Hope that helps clarify where the edit links are.
