    Yes, you’ll need a premium template. I recommend the cMap template.

    fyi, I made the necessary changes to both Connections and Form.

    Would you like to try them before I release the updates to ensure they do indeed correct this issue? If you want, I can apply the patch to the versions installed on your demo site.

    Ok, I hot patched both Connections and Form. Looks like the changes work as expected. I viewed the edit page for Chapter 9999 and the form populated like it should.

    Great,
    I just tested as well. I removed that linked listing, and was able to create another with just the numbers 9997. After I approved it, I was able to edit via Form.
