GuestSome of the entries created or edited by Mary Tisdale (an Author) are not showing when I (an Administrator) look at the Manage page. Interestingly, page when filtered for any ‘B’, hints there are six missing entries and the display of the Directory shows four Families and at least one individual with a last name starting with ‘B’.

I have also experienced this problem with all other plugins deactivated.

The issue is that one or more images were uploaded which are too large for WP to process to create thumbnails.
Using FTP, navigate to this folder:
../wp-content/uploads/connections-images/You will find a folder for each entry. Within that folder you will find the original image uploaded for the entry. Download that image, scale it down and then upload it again overwriting the image that was downloaded.
After you do that, the page will load fine.
Hope that helps, let me know.

GuestDeleting and re-uploading the images resolved the problem for me. I have yet to hear from the other person working with me.

Great to hear this is resolved! Question, what does it say the upload limit is on the photo/logo image upload. If it is more than a couple megabytes, you might want to consider reducing the max upload size in order to prevent this from occurring again in the future.
